  • 三星PM1643 SAS SSD持续读写速度最高分别达2100MB/s和2000MB/s，随机读写速度最高分别达400K IOPS和70K IOPS，相较于上一代PM1633a性能大幅度提升。工作温度0 - 70°C，增强软件和纠错码算法可确保长期可靠性
